I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay, even using Google translate at times. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of food options nearby. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

My Xmas stay was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a variety of options to choose from, and the staff were attentive and helpful. The location was ideal, in the heart of the city and close to many restaurants and shops. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the view from the window was breathtaking. I also enjoyed the complimentary wifi which was fast and reliable.
To my stay. The heating system in the room seemed to be inadequate as the temperature in the room was a bit cold.

the rooms appear clean with complimentary toiletries, and a quiet atmosphere at night. the laundry service is satisfactory according to some reviews while the staff is described as helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast seems to be included and is located near the kitchen area.

the staff was also quite helpful and accommodating, even if they didn't speak much English. It was nice that we were provided with toiletries and clean sheets.
The hotel did not live up to its price. the breakfast served was not of good quality and the kitchen was not cleaned well.
